Rang to query dog policy. Manager was unaware of what it was. Said she would allow small dogs to come in side but not big dogs. Do we do the same to people and not allow tall or fat people in the stoor because of their size? Shops in the same homemaker centre allows dog on leash to be in store. It's 2023 and dogs are a huge part of peoples family. Not allowing dogs in store encourages people to leave them in the car or tied up out the front of the shop unsupervised, which poses grater risk to the dogs and customers. Shame on you spotlight.

The service here sucks. Specifically from thw woman with a short haircut in her late 50s, i tried returnin costume Hard to find someone to assist around the shop and they tend to be a bit too busy to want to assist. I tried to tell them the roof was leaking and there was water all overhead floor and they thought I wanted help for myself and snarkily responded. Other than that it's a normal old spotlight. They really need to get on board and get afterpay. It really influences me wanting not wanting to shop there when other similar stores offer it.

Omg, this place needs it's own postcode! There is more happening in this shop today than the past 5 years of my life! I was physically exhausted when I eventually emerged from the time zone. So much variety, so many things I never thought I would care to look at, yet so many things I had no idea I was looking at! Then decision time!, so many freakin' choices! Then the kid's party and costume department happened... Overwhelming with a touch of mania and a dash of disappointment that I am an adult...and did you know you can tye dye things without using messy dyes and a washing machine? The only downfall was near fainting when I had to pay, oh hang on, apparently the "special prices," as in what you save, are subtracted from the total after you use your membership card! Lucky mine was still valid after 10 years and thank goodness for the lovely and patient employee! I was left dazed and confused after realising it was now dark and I actually been in that place for 2 and something hours.... I had been SPOTLIGHTED!
